The Keene Multicultural Community Center (KMC) aims to build a more unified and welcoming community through cross-cultural dialogue, engagement and support.

KMC serves the community by providing culturally sensitive support for translation, housing, transportation, ESL classes, food/supplies, and employment, among other things. While we are located in Keene, NH, we serve individuals and families across the Monadnock region.

Multicultural Community Center

A space welcoming for all, KMC strives to integrate community-oriented collaborations and cross/inter-cultural community resources for underserved individuals and families, disadvantaged by places of origin. This project has been in the works for quite some time and we are steadily working hard to make our space outfitted with the necessary amenities.

Cultural Orientation and Education

We create, host, and co-host inclusive cultural orientation programs to address the needs of individuals whose original language is not English. From ESL classes, Conversation Cafes, Game Nights, Education Workshops to training on the latest technology we help community members in need of language and cultural integration support to engage in our community and be successful.

Better Together

Define your life purpose by helping those around you. We are always in need of an extra pair of hands to help us run our programs. And no matter how small every donation of cash or kind help us in our work.

Integrating Food, Arts and Culture

We found that integrating arts and culture with food enables a creative, fun, and inclusive way to shape our community. Food, music and the arts have a remarkable way of bringing people together. Sharing different cuisines and music from around the world offers a unique opportunity to learn about different cultures in a meaningful way.
